Baby E’s Soccer Match Today | 今天 BB E 的足球比賽

Hi Everyone

Today is the first game back since the school holiday for the under 6 soccer group Baby E is in. Due to the current COVID19 situation, last week the guideline from the government is that only 1 parent can take their kids down to team sports each week ie no grandparents, friends, neighbours etc. This makes it extra hard for those parents who want to cheer on their kids each game but I guess it's better to have them play rather than cancelling the games all together. Our game today is at a new park 10 minutes away from home with a 8.15am start (Early!)

今日是學校放假之後第一場足球比賽. 因為疫情的關係上星期政府宣布只可以一位家長帶同小朋友到球場比賽而其他人就要留在家裏.有時候爺爺嫲嫲或公公婆婆,朋友等等都會想同小朋友打氣但現在大家都不可以去. 對好多家長來講都比較困難因為好多時候大家都想為自己子女打氣但現時如果兩位家長都想看比賽就要輪流形式進行.今個星期場比賽是來我們家開車10分鐘一個新球場而比賽時間是早上 8:15，非常之早·

These photos were taken by hubby as he took Baby E over and also to keep me updated on how things were on the field. The team first had their warm ups with the coach with a few kicks and running exercise. Baby E had a hoodie on under his soccer jersey because its so cold in the morning and it worked well. Then they were split into two teams as they play simultaneously on two fields.

以下照片是我老公今朝拍給我看的.首先全隊球員就開始一些簡單熱身之後就開始分兩組比賽. BB E 今日穿了一件保暖衣在球衣下面因為今朝實在太冷啦.

The opponent were a strong bunch around the area so our team lost. The good thing about these games is they don’t keep scores for the kids but officially the winning team just get a point. They want the kids they were winners on the day and participation and team work is more important. Although our team lost, the kids had fun and we continued on with a soccer friend coming over to our place for lunch.

今次對打的球隊非常之強，輸了這場比賽. 因為是小朋友比賽的關係，主辦單位都沒有公開說那一對是贏家只是讓小朋友知道團隊精神是非常重要，告訴大家都做的非常好. 雖然今天我們球隊輸了比賽但大家都玩得非常開心.之後其中一個隊友和家長到我們家玩和吃中午飯.
