A must visit place if you are in Melbourne is to see the Brighton Bathing Boxes. About 20 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD, the bathing boxes is a popular destination and also a great photo opportunity with a nice view plus the colour houses along the beach. It is free entry and there is parking outside which can get a bit busy during peak period. We were there in the morning had beat the rush but there were still a lot of people there already.

如果去墨爾本旅行就要去在市中心開20分鐘車程的 Brighton Beach 彩虹小屋. 這裡非常受歡迎因為可以打卡之餘而且可以享受海灘的風景. 在海灘外面有免費泊車但如果在繁忙時間的時候就要停遠一點。 這裡每間小屋都有不同的設計和主題.我們去的時候比較早但已經好多遊客正在參觀.

A line of 82 bathing boxes built over a hundred years ago, these boxes haven’t changed except for the colours which makes this place special. Every single box is unique on its own and some actually have branding on for advertising purposes or let us remember certain things/time. In front of the boxes is the beach but in my opinion would be an option I will come here for swimming as there are too many visitors and can get too crowded. The beach itself is clear but as a relaxation perspective, there are better beaches to visit.

有一百年歷史的82間彩虹小屋，基本上沒有什麼改變只是顏色變了. 每一家小屋都有不同的主題，代表一點東西或賣一點廣告之類. 在屋的前面就是很漂亮的海灘但沒有看見好多人這裡游泳

As the place is outdoors, it is recommended to come during a fine day. There is no shelter and why come when the where is gloomy and you can’t enjoy the walk and check out all the boxes. We lots of pictures and I found a box that I would actually paint the same colours. All the colours chosen are so relaxing and it’s not too fancy like some of the other ones on display. It feels like a home rather than a box which is why I had to take a picture there.

因為彩虹小屋這個地方是戶外所以建議天氣好的時候才去參觀. 下雨天或天陰去的話就不用考慮因為拍出來的照片可能會令你們失望. 從那麼多小屋裡我最喜愛就是這間用比較休閒舒服顏色做主題的小屋.

If you do decide to go and visit, remember to charge your camera, wear some comfy clothes and thongs. There is sand everywhere but that is also the charm of this place. Enjoy the time and remember to check out the whole line of them because they are all unique in their own way. Enjoy!

到彩虹小屋參觀的時候記住相機要充滿電，穿一些舒服的衣服和拖鞋因為周圍都會有好多沙.記住慢慢欣賞每一間小屋的設計因為每一間都會給你們一個不一樣的感覺.
