Isi Ewu: A goat head delicacy.
Isi Ewu is the Ibo name for "goat head" and is the name of the delicacy prepared from goat head meat.
The delicacy is one that will leave you drooling because it is prepared so deliciously and served in small wooden pots/plates.
It is also garnished with bitterleaf to give it a healthy bitter taste while also being spicy.
I am kinda like a foodie now since for some time, I am eating too much, hehehe.
Whenever I am faced with a steamy pot of the delicious isi ewu, I like to cool it down with a chilled bottle of my favorite soft drink.
There are some people who are well skilled in the preparation of this delicacy and they never disappoint.
