Hello there guys, this is my response to a hive Naija weekly themed contest. So in this video, I talked about big brother naija and the whole societal trend behind it, the business and reality aspect and how social media basically expands it's concept to consumers of the content and those who are not consumers and how social media plays an important role in its success as the leading or top reality Tv show in Nigeria.

What about TV shows like survivor have they been reimagined as a Nigeria version?
Yes it was easier to listen I kind of like tested it myself and I took away the music maybe when I get access to my microphone I can throw in the music once again or I can try to kill the volume of the music to a level where it won't be noticed.
The Gulder ultimate search was such, but I think the project died because of lack of sponsorship and this is why I believe that reality TV shows based on sex and the only ones that can maintain such level of consistency and money because naturally people buy sex more than any other thing

I have a lot of solid plans towards video and better content creating, these are all plans that will kick off from February or march, but the best is yet to come from me. For now, I'm making do with the things on ground.

I love your take on this show. Big Brother really have taken into consideration the society and the mind of people in Nigeria. They have successfully monetized this knowledge and to an extent, they are genius for it.

Yeah I do believe everything they do is heavily monetized and the people who are sucked into it are the ones that achieve authenticity for it. Infact I do not believe in all the sex stories they tell. You're meeting someone for the first time and you're already having sex. The drama is what actually sells it.
