Hive OpenMic week 153 is here, and the theme is "tu estas con Migos," which means "you are with me" in Spanish, a theme that speaks to the power of companionship and reminds us of the importance of having someone by our side through thick and thin and even nothing.

In this spirit, I am excited to share my cover of the song "Another in the Fire" by Hillsong. The song is a powerful reminder that no matter what challenges we face, we are never alone. It's a message that resonates deeply with me, and I hope it will touch others as well.

"Another in the Fire" tells the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, three friends of Daniel who were thrown into a fiery furnace for refusing to bow down to a false idol, for their faith. But instead of perishing in the flames, they were joined by a fourth figure, who many believe to be an angel or even the Son of God himself. Together, they emerged unscathed, a testament to the power of faith and the importance of having someone by our side.

As I sing this song, I am reminded of the many times in my own life when I have faced trials and tribulations. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, a difficult times, or simply the everyday stresses of life, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and alone. But when I remember that I am never truly alone, that I have friends, family, and Jesus Christ, I find the strength to keep going.

And that's really what this theme is all about: recognizing the power of companionship and the importance of having someone to lean on. We all need someone in our lives who will be there for us, no matter what. It could be a friend, a family member, or even a stranger who becomes a friend. But whoever it is, they are a reminder that we are not alone in this world.

So to all my fellow Hive members, I want to say thank you for being here with me. Thank you for sharing your talents and your stories, and for reminding me that I am part of a community that cares. And to anyone who may be feeling alone or struggling right now, I want to remind you that you are never truly alone. There is always someone who cares, someone who is with you, even when you can't see them.

I hope my cover of "Another in the Fire" will be a source of inspiration and comfort to anyone who hears it. And I hope it will remind us all of the power of companionship and the importance of being there for one another, no matter what fires we may face.

Con este espíritu, estoy emocionado de compartir mi versión de la canción "Another in the Fire" de Hillsong. La canción es un poderoso recordatorio de que no importa los desafíos que enfrentemos, nunca estamos solos. Es un mensaje que resuena profundamente en mí y espero que también llegue a otros.

"Otro en el fuego" cuenta la historia de Sadrac, Mesac y Abed-nego, tres amigos de Daniel que fueron arrojados a un horno de fuego por negarse a inclinarse ante un ídolo falso, por su fe. Pero en lugar de perecer en las llamas, se les unió una cuarta figura, que muchos creen que es un ángel o incluso el mismo Hijo de Dios. Pero cuando recuerdo que nunca estoy realmente solo, que tengo amigos, familia y Jesucristo, encuentro la fuerza para seguir adelante.

Y de eso se trata realmente este tema: reconocer el poder del compañerismo y la importancia de tener alguien en quien apoyarse. Todos necesitamos a alguien en nuestras vidas que esté ahí para nosotros, pase lo que pase. Puede ser un amigo, un miembro de la familia o incluso un extraño que se convierte en amigo. Pero quienquiera que sea, son un recordatorio de que no estamos solos en este mundo.

Entonces, a todos mis compañeros miembros de Hive, quiero agradecerles por estar aquí conmigo. Gracias por compartir sus talentos y sus historias, y por recordarme que soy parte de una comunidad que se preocupa.
