Starting off with a quick contour drawing.... Eyes too close. Needed to be erased.
Oh oh ... looking like Hermun Munster now. Mouth is too high. Needs to be erased and lowered.

Great! I love when the portrait illustration recognizable even if it has not photographic proportions. That’s not easy to accomplish, when you capture the essence of a character in some lines.
