Red Robin Nest

It really is most amazing where birds choose to build their nest and raise their young.
A beautiful red Robin decided to build a nest on top of an electrical meter box that is attached to the side of a cottage.

I took this photo last Summer while visiting a friend. She asked me to come follow her because there was something she really wanted to show me.

She pointed out this wonderful bird nest. Her excitement was contagious.
We sat together on the lawn and watched a Red Robin for at least and hour fly away and return many times over with more building materials for her nest.
