Colasisi - Loriculus philippensis

There seem to be a lot of colasisi at the park where i shoot. it's elusive and get scared of people. there are times i get lucky to photograph it :)

Such a vibrant green colored creature. She looks very beautiful and glad you were able to take some really good photos of her.

In our country we have a word "kulasisi" which stands for a small colorful parrot but also means mistress. Funny indeed.
