Sparrow singing

Today I present a photographic series that I made in my last outing to a sparrow while it was perched on the power line.

Back home, after taking some pictures during the afternoon of last Saturday, I noticed that a sparrow was perched on the power line, and I got ready to take some pictures of it.

He was calm but at the same time attentive to other noises or movements around him, as can be seen in the image.

He stayed for a few minutes in the same place but not in the same position, something that he used to take some pictures of the moment.

This bird, unlike others in the area, has become accustomed to man, so it is easy to get close enough to take some pictures without flying away.

It is very adapted to urban areas, becoming one of the most common birds in those areas, along with pigeons.

In this last image you can see how he was observing me directly, he had been aware of my presence for a long time but he knew that I was not a threat.
