Un paseo de lunes festivo en Bogotá (ES-EN)

Saludos queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, en la que nos encanta compartir sobre nuestra familia y formar parte de la gran familia que hace vida en #Hive.

Hoy, comparto con ustedes un paseo familiar que hicimos este lunes festivo en Colombia. En este país, por ley, hay días festivos que se pasan para los lunes y no son laborables con la intención de "fomentar la productividad y el turismo dentro de Colombia", pues muchos aprovechan para pasear o viajar en familia de sábado a lunes._Ver

Nosotros, también aprovechamos para tomar un descanso, durante esos días festivos. Considero que es vital y necesario disfrutar de una pausa y, en muchas ocasiones, la invertimos en paseos familiares para guardar gratos momentos.

Este lunes 20 correspondió festivo por celebrarse el Día de San José que cayó domingo.

Para este lunes festivo no teníamos muchas expectativas porque había llovido mucho el fin de semana, las noticias contaban sobre las inundaciones en varios sectores de la ciudad, incluso el domingo granizó en Bogotá y el frío era insoportable para mí que vengo del mar.

Sin embargo, el lunes, para nuestra sorpresa, amaneció un día hermosamente soleado y radiante. Así que no lo pensamos mucho y salimos de paseo. Mi hija nos llevó a conocer el Parque de la 93 que está ubicado en el norte de Bogotá, en el sector de El Chicó.

El Parque de la 93 está enclavado en una zona comercial y turística en la localidad de Chapinero.

Es un parque hermoso, grande, con muchos árboles y una grama verdecita que invita a disfrutarla y, por supuesto, a cuidarla para regresar y repetir la experiencia de un merecido descanso, bajo el cielo bogotano que estaba azul y despejado de nubes.

Cada vez que salimos de paseo, si podemos llegar a nuestro destino caminando, lo hacemos para aprovechar los beneficios de una larga caminata. Salimos de casa con ropa cómoda y dispuestos a caminar y a disfrutar de un día bello como hacía tiempo que no veía.

Durante el paseo, atravesamos varios parques. En esta ciudad hay muchos y en todos hay equipos para ejercitarse y espacios abundantes de árboles para disfrutar del verdor y del aire puro.

En un descanso que nos tomamos, entramos a uno de mis lugares favoritos en los que me tomo, frecuentemente, una bebida refrescante de pulpa de guanábana y que es deliciosa y saludable.

Como les contaba en mi publicación de ayer, salí con mi franela de Hive para celebrar los tres años de la blockchain.

Cuando llegamos al parque, me lleve una grata sorpresa al ver la cantidad de personas que estaban reunidas, en familia, con sus mascotas, aprovechando de este día de sol en la ciudad. La próxima vez, nos traeremos a Bruno y a Blacky.

Mi familia y yo hicimos la comparación con nuestros paseos a la playa en Venezuela. Todos teníamos el ánimo para disfrutarnos el día a todo dar y así lo hicimos.

Nos pusimos cómodos. Yo no perdí la oportunidad de estar en contacto directo con la naturaleza y me quité los zapatos para practicar mi grounding.

Allí, merendamos con unas galletitas y té de Jamaica frío. El aroma de las galletas atrajo a un perrito que dulcemente se nos acercó. No dudé en darle un poco de cariño y él, muy dócil, lo aceptó.

Jugamos un buen rato con las cartas de Uno y yo me llevé mi bordado para adelantar un proyecto que me he propuesto y que quiero terminar antes del mes de septiembre.

El sol seguía deliciosamente calientito y nosotros disfrutando de un rato familiar en el que compartimos de todo un poco, buena conversación y las risas que nunca pueden faltar, pues son medicina para el alma.

Encantada de compartir con ustedes un paseo de lunes festivo en Bogotá y un poco más de mis vivencias en familia, mi tesoro más preciado.

Today, I share with you a family outing we did this holiday Monday in Colombia. In this country, by law, there are holidays that are passed to Mondays and are not workable with the intention of "promoting productivity and tourism within Colombia", as many take the opportunity to walk or travel as a family from Saturday to Monday._Ver

We, too, take the opportunity to take a break during these holidays. I believe that it is vital and necessary to enjoy a break and, on many occasions, we invest it in family outings to save pleasant moments.

This Monday, the 20th, was a holiday to celebrate St. Joseph's Day, which fell on Sunday.

For this holiday Monday we did not have many expectations because it had rained a lot over the weekend, the news told about floods in various sectors of the city, even on Sunday it hailed in Bogota and the cold was unbearable for me coming from the sea.

However, Monday, to our surprise, dawned a beautifully sunny and radiant day. So we didn't think much about it and went for a walk. My daughter took us to visit the Parque de la 93 which is located in the north of Bogota, in the El Chico area.

Parque de la 93 is located in a commercial and touristic area in the Chapinero district.

It is a beautiful park, large, with many trees and a green grass that invites you to enjoy it and, of course, to take care of it to return and repeat the experience of a well-deserved rest, under the Bogota sky that was blue and clear of clouds.

Every time we go for a walk, if we can reach our destination by walking, we do it to take advantage of the benefits of a long walk. We leave home with comfortable clothes and ready to walk and enjoy a beautiful day like I haven't seen in a long time.

During the walk, we passed through several parks. There are many in this city and all of them have exercise equipment and plenty of trees to enjoy the greenery and fresh air.

On a break we took, we went into one of my favorite places where I frequently have a refreshing soursop pulp drink that is delicious and healthy.

As I told you in my post yesterday, I went out in my Hive flannel to celebrate three years of the blockchain.

When we arrived at the park, I was pleasantly surprised to see how many people were gathered, families with their pets, taking advantage of this sunny day in the city. Next time, we will bring Bruno and Blacky.

My family and I made the comparison to our trips to the beach in Venezuela. We were all in the mood to enjoy the day to the fullest and so we did.

We made ourselves comfortable. I did not miss the opportunity to be in direct contact with nature and took off my shoes to practice my grounding.

There, we snacked on some cookies and cold Jamaican tea. The aroma of the cookies attracted a little dog that sweetly approached us. I didn't hesitate to give him some affection and he, very docile, accepted it.

We played for a while with Uno's cards and I took my embroidery with me to advance a project that I have set myself and that I want to finish before September.

The sun was still deliciously warm and we were enjoying a family time in which we shared a little bit of everything, good conversation and laughter that can never be missing, because it is medicine for the soul.

I am delighted to share with you a holiday Monday walk in Bogota and a little more of my experiences with my family, my most precious treasure.

Feelings of worth can only flourish in an environment where individual differences are appreciated, mistakes are tolerated, communication is open and rules are flexible, the kind of environment found in a loving family.
