Protea South Africa's national flower
I don't often come across Protea flower in garden. This I happened to see at client's plot on Thursday.
Protea is South Africa's national flower symbolizing the nation's beauty. It is an absolute beauty flower I must say.
Such a beautiful flower has a very poisonous side to it though. The nectar and seeds are poisonous, parts of the plants are said to cause irritation and pain if swallowed.
We owe it to ourselves to make Hive great
