You are the temple of the living God
"know ye not that year are the temple of God, and that the spirit of God dwelleth in you?"==1 Corinthians 3:16
Every believer is the house of God, God doesn't live in the physical house that we build,like the churches we built, some people believe that God live inside the church building, God doesn't live in that place of worship, but God live inside the heart of every believer, because God is a spirit.
That is why as a believer, you are not to welcome the presence of God when you arrived a place to fellowship, because you are the presence of God, the moment you arrive a place God arrived. So don't expect God to come back from somewhere the moment you start welcoming Him, God is always in you, until you move God will not move, God talk through you, when you move as a believer that is God moving in you.
There is a lot of misunderstanding when we say that God live in a man. Some people begin to imagine how God will come down in a bodily form to live in a man, that is a great display of ignorance. To have the idea of God coming down in bodily form to dwell in a man is to be carnal and ignorant. Because God is a spirit. To see and understand God you must see things in the eye of the spirit.
For more clarification, this is what it means when we say that God is in a man. The truth is that the moment you receive Christ as your personal lord and saviour, you were born into Him. Your spirit became united with is spirit in one inseparable union. Therefore God is not with you, But rather God is in you. You are the corporate headquarters of divinity.
The totality of the Godhead tabernacle in Christ Jesus, so the moment you receive Christ the whole headquarters of God is relocated into you. Jesus is the full expression of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. In Christ, the totality of deity is united. This is what happens to us in Christ.
Therefore, you are the full expression of God. Walk in this consciousness every day of your life and begin to see your life profess His glory. If God cannot be stranded, you that is in Him has no right to be stranded. If God cannot be defeated, you that is in Him has no right to be defeated. You must know that you are not of this world. Christ is your new world.
In Him you live, in Him you move and have your being. You live in an environment called Christ. therefore, what affects the world cannot affect you because the greater one lives in you. It is this mindset that will guarantee your victories over the battles of life.
2 Corinthians 6:16="For ye are the temple of the living God; as God has said,i will dwell in them, and walk in them."
This means that, when you move,God that is God moving in you. Your hands are His hands, you are totally and fully complete in Christ.
