PRAY FOR NIGERIA

2 CORINTHIANS 4:10

For the arms of our warfare are not fleshly, but powerful according to God to the overthrow of strongholds;

Yeah, you heard me well, this isn't the time to seat and blame anybody, the protesters, or any government. It is time for us all to rise up as one and pray for our Nation Nigeria.

If the people we call the leaders of tomorrow which are the youths are dying like animals and untimely, who will be the leader of our tomorrow?

If the nation is in coarse, what will happen to us and where will we run to that is safe for you and your family?

If the nation goes into war, what will be of us, It is time for us to arise and pray for Nigeria, there is no time to blame the government because we choose the government, there is no time to blame the protesters because we weren't against it from the beginning and never thought it will get to this extent of massacre of people without sympathy or empathy.

There is no time to fight with weapons because now isn't the time for that. Our knees should be the one fighting for us. We don't know and can't tell what will happen tomorrow, but our knees can go errands for us. Our prayers with our knees can go a long way for us even into the future.

We've got no time anymore to dance around and listen to information that does not add value to our lives or change the situation of our nation.

There are two things involved, it is either we become one Nigeria or those that are against the peace of our nation be cut off with that same sword they are using to ruin our peace.

Don't be in a hurry to forget what happened to Ahithophel and his devious plan against David. His plan was ruined why because David called upon the name of the Lord.

2 SAMUEL 15:30-31

And David went up by the ascent of mount Olivet, and wept as he went up, and had his head covered, and he went barefoot: and all the people that was with him covered every man his head, and they went up, weeping as they went up.
And one told David, saying, Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom. And David said, O Lord, I pray thee, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness.

What are we waiting for?? why are we not praying to god,? Why are we not calling upon the name of the Lord?

Have you also forgotten, that does who kill by the sword will die by the sword? Why then do you carry the sword? We are not in need of those weapons, there is no time to use those weapons. We have limited time and that time is for praying.

How prayers should be this, "And David said, O Lord, I pray thee, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness and not fighting and killing of each other and the innocent.

Nobody is left out of this fight, everyone should rise up and pray for our nation Nigeria.
