Delving into the area where most people choose to remain silent about but indulge in, a denial of our sexuality has in no way released the chains which have held captive, numerous single youths cuddled in the unhealthy activity christened "PRE-MARITAL SEX". We need to critically examine the lies that have strengthened this cuff of immorality. Some of such actions are:

. SEX IS JUST A PHYSICAL THING! For obvious reasons, we are moved to reason that only our bodies are involved during sexual intercouse. That's away from the truth. Sex connects beyond the body to the soul and spirit. It makes you become one with your partner, sharing, transferring and receiving certain traits.

Little wonder, couples begin to look and act alike after marriage. This also explains where some people pick up strange characteristics. You can bear witness to the fact that it is a monumental task for sexual partners to part ways. In truth, they never part, they tear-apart. The fusion of soul and spirit is humanly difficult to severe.

. SEX EQUALS INTIMACY: I consider the lie amusing because with a dictionary at my disposal I cannot be fooled. Intimacy according to the Webster Dictionary is "A close, personal relationship, marked by affection, love and knowledge of each other's character essential nature and innermost self". This obviously has very little to do with sexual intercouse.
Let's wrap up this exegesis on the lies about sex as I quickly summarize the other famous lies:

. EVERYBODY IS DOING IT! This is a huge lie! Who conducted the research to have such data? It's grossly misleading.

. SEX WILL IMPROVE OUR RELATIONSHIP! Well, I make bold to inform you that it won't. Rather it will become the center of the relationship and other vital elements will become secondary.

. LET'S DO IT JUST ONCE! There is nothing that can be as false as this . Sex is hyper-addictive. Easy to start, hard to stop!

. IT'S OKAY SINCE WE ARE GETTING MARRIED! So what? That you are getting married is no license to mess up your destiny. Why steal, what is your? That is if you are serious at all. Well, the open secret is that many men have used marriage proposal as a carrot to lure many women to bed. Be warned!

. MAN-BODY-NO-BE-FIREWOOD! Give me a break, should we become like animals on heat rather than behave as humans made in the image of God? Sex drive is not like hunger for food. It can be controlled!
