THINK, DREAM AND BEGIN TO LIVE!

Precious treasures are deposited in earthen vessels for discovery and for use by humankind at the Lord’s good pleasure and ordination. Certain persons have sold themselves short on the count of their talents, gifts and potential. This cadre is perpetually inclined to dismiss itself as untalented and without potential.

This is dour self-denigration, which tends to coral its victim’s mentality with aggravated self –doubt. The afflicted then view themselves through a faulty aperture of jaundiced judgment. They are inexorably drawn to failure and personal harm as moth to naked flame.

Actually, I do not care if the world has certified you as untalented and without prospects. Your portion does not belong with the disenfranchised and the dispossessed. The Living Word declares you are blessed and skilled and potential-filled. Misled men and the vagaries of life have been scheming to make us believe the converse.

To each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Ephesians 4:7 (NKJV)

You must have discovered by now men get morbid pleasure out of disparaging others based upon dubious expert opinion. They are quick to say ‘He is this …..’ or ‘She is that ……’ However, in your case the malevolent certification of bogus ‘experts’ is null and void.

The ‘experts’ do not have the last word in this case. Because as part of the overall design of creation, the Lord gave the Garden Tender spirit as invaluable possession of Tenders created to keep and exercise dominion in the Garden of Eden. The Garden Tender spirit was given to the First Adam. And it is grace fit for ‘gods’!

In the first chapter of the Book of Genesis, we are presented with operative words like fruitful, multiply, replenish, subdue and dominion which lay expectations of creative engagement on the shoulder of created man. This bouquet of words give a clue to the expected range of the Garden Tender and form the nucleus of what could be described as the ‘First mandate’ from the Throne Room. Each of these words establishes proof of a scenario describing a creative purpose for created man by a creative God.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 1:27,28

The word, FRUITFUL, brings to mind the picture of increment through the process of multiplication. I have chosen to define productivity as an end-product generating activity. This by itself is a fully creative process, which starts with unrelated parts and births an end product. By being fruitful man duplicates and regenerates depleted resources of nature.

The word, MULTIPLY, is akin to fruitful. The difference I wish to expound is the oft-neglected aspects of multiply. Again, word-warping man has constrained the semantics of the word multiply. As irreverent as he is, he frequently situates multiply only within the boundary of biology. Yet not only is created man eminently capable of multiplying as an entity of biological reproduction, but can equally multiply in his knowledge, material possessions as well as his creative potential.

The word, REPLENISH, connotes replacement and restoration to pristine state. If man is, therefore, expected to replenish the earth, it necessarily behooves him to constantly imagine and bring to bear ways and means of filling again or making up or restoration of depleted features of the earth. His supervisory role assures he is a standard bearer of sorts for created earth.

Finally, the word, SUBDUE, means to overcome by force of might or will. It could also mean to conquer, to tame and to bring under total control. In order to subdue the earth, man has to exercise befitting authority over the rest of creation.

When the Lord empowered man by these five words, He did not divide and demarcate their charge on the basis of race, gender or creed! If a certain race seem to lag behind then that is as a result of ignorance or laxity or basic misconceptions. The Maker of Everything has blessed creation as a whole.

You must come to terms with this truth, because it implies God has indeed bestowed gifts and creative verve on both believers and unbelievers. If not, you may become unsettled by the fact that some key inventions today were brought about by unbelievers, atheists even. At outset of creation, before the fall of man, the Lord lavished His peculiar creation with endowments. At different turns of history, He had always reinforced these sundry blessings. Prior to the time of the covenant with Abraham’s promised seed, Isaac, to take one instance, God had blessed Ishmael, and by extension, his descendants.

Genesis 17:20 tells how the Lord declared of Abraham’s first born son in answer to a petition from the errant father that

“….. As for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and I will make him fruitful, and I will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation”. The blessing described by this verse is mutually exclusive of the Garden Tender grace given at creation for man to stand in the stead of gardener for God’s Earth.

Even after the inglorious fall in the Garden of Eden, the Lord has preserved in endowing His people with gifts. Man has also retained his Garden Tender’s grace and other endowments irrespective of falling from grace, because …. The gifts and calling of God are without repentance. Romans 11:29

The gift of Christ (the riches of His grace included) has been made available to humankind through a certain statutory allocation as it were, as immense deposits of treasures inside earthen vessels. The gift of Christ is the undivided preserved of those who have received Him, and who have believed on His name.

Your MANIFESTATION should not depend on skin color or racial pedigree. Black, brown, white, or yellow, skin type is immaterial. Equality came about by the blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God. And enablement is conferred on the sons of God through the race-blind Holy Spirit, for the benefit of creation.
