WORDS ARE LIKE SEEDS, KEEP SPEAKING IT.

The agricultural process of the word of God viz-a-viz co-creation here on earth*.

Mark 4

2 And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine,
3 Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow: 9 And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. 11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.
13 And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables?
14 The sower soweth the word.
15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

1 Peter 1: 23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: note
25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you. 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word

1 Corinthians 3: 6 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.2 Corinthians 9: 10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;).

The scriptures pasted above indicate that the word is like a seed which can't decay. It also indicates that it is God that gives the seed to be planted. He is also responsible for causing it to increase.

We are responsible for planting and watering. This is done in trust, as we demonstrate confidence in Him when we plant and water that He will do His part.

When this word is spoken, it is planted in the heart. If the heart is prepared and healthy (a redeemed christian) the seed will germinate and take root. Some seeds takes some time before they sprout and are visible above ground.

To the untrained, it might seem like nothing is happening and the temptation would be to dig up the seeds or forget to tend the soil. Remember,

Genesis 8:22 as long as the earth remains, seedtime and harvest shall not cease.

The next critical thing is that the soil with the seed needs watering (moisture). This is done with the word again. No matter what appears, you are to keep watering with what God has said. This is the place of confession.

You hold fast your confession of faith. That is; say the same thing as God. Since the seed is incorruptible, you cannot over water it. The more water it gets, the faster it will sprout and bear fruit. Don't ever stop watering.

Don't dig up the seed assuming it is not active (the word of God is active and alive).

There is a guaranteed harvest if you keep up. You are not interested in how the seed starts and finishes the process. You just trust that it will do as it is programmed to do. It never returns void. With this knowledge, go ahead and start planting and watering in expectation of the harvest.
