When There Will Be More Than One Report, Whose Report Will You Believe?

In a world full of many contrasting reports, which and whose report do you believe? If you must know my stand, I choose the Lord's.

But let us look at a few of the world's reports and see if the Lord agrees with them.

• When you attempt to climb the highest mountain of life to get done something no one has ever attempted...
  The World: It’s Impossible
  God: All things are possible

But He said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.” Luke 18:27

• When you have been rejected over and over again...
  The World: No one loves you
  God: I love you

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

• When you have tried several times and instead of encouragement, the world whispers into your ear...
  The World: You can’t go on
  God: My grace is sufficient for you

He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him. Psalm 91:15

• When you've tried so many options concerning that situation and nothing seems to work out...
  The World: Aren't you tired yet?
  God: I will give you rest

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matt 11:28

• When you have become a lost sheep, confused, disoriented...
  The World: You can’t figure things out
  God: I will direct your steps

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; Pro 3:5

• When you attempt to make a change...
  The World: You are not able
  God: God is able

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 2 Cor 9:8

• When you failed the first time and you want to make a second attempt...
  The World: Don't bother. It’s not worth it
  God: It will be worth it all

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Rom. 8:28

• When they have attempted yet failed and you want to attempt it too...
  The World: You can’t do it
  God: You can do all things

I can do all things through [a]Christ who strengthens me. Phil 4:13

• When you have a made a mistake, fall into the deepest and darkest pit of sin...
  The World: You can’t forgive yourself, No one will
  God: God will forgive you

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9

I leave you with this same question...Whose report do you believe?
