Galatians 6:7-8
KJV:Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

KJV:For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Being a Christian is not about following a laid down rule or a religious order, it is not about getting unnecessarily busy and void of the true understanding of who God is. A true Christian, behaves like CHRIST who is our perfect role model.

Christianity is about more of Christ in you and less of your activity, it's about who rules your heart and less of your do's and don'ts. People who practice or view Christianity as a set of rule are hypocrites.

Let me say this, rules and regulations are very helpful but they must never take the place of God on our lives because it is the Holy spirit that guides and direct our actions and helps us to pursue righteousness and not the rules. Following or living by a set of rule does not convict a dinner or make one for for the kingdom of Heaven.

The best and only thing that rules can give us, is self-righteousness but it is only the willingness to surrender to God that guarantee salvation. Our Christianity, must be centered on Christ love..
