Motivation
Con mucho cariño les traigo este maravilloso resumen de todo mi entrenamiento desde el primero de enero hasta el mes de febrero estos dias eh entrenar duro apesar que tengo una lesión en el hombro y la estoy tratado con con ejercicio de estiramientos y medicamento pero igual mente sigo con la motivación al 100% me gusta mucho traerles este tipo de contenido a usted compañero de hiver por qué puede ver todo lo que unos se esfuerza para traerles este tipos de contenido. Le intentaré traer este tipo de contenido cada 2 mese para que se motive usted y la nueva generación.
With much affection I bring you this wonderful summary of all my training from the first of January until the month of February these days I have been training hard even though I have a shoulder injury and I am treating it with stretching exercises and medication but I am still 100% motivated. I really like to bring this type of content to you fellow hiver because you can see how much effort some of you put in to bring you this type of content. I will try to bring you this type of content every 2 months to motivate you and the new generation.
