Un día de locos [ESP | ENG]
Hola amigos Hivers y de #SWC . El día martes fue un día loco. Tuvimos la grandiosa idea de ir al polideportivo caminando para poder entrenar freestyle en la barra de gimnasia. @edixovm @valecillos y otros atletas nos levantamos temprano para poder ir después de 45 minutos caminando llegamos al polideportivo y estaba cerrado. 🤡
Luego pensamos estamos cerca del centro comercial Lago Mall vamos y estamos un rato allá. Después de 20 min caminando llegamos al centro comercial, el centro comercial abre a las 9:00 AM y llegamos a las 8:22 AM tuvimos que esperar en la parte de atrás a qué abrieran, aproveche y me tomé unas fotos haciendo pino y elbow.
Luego que entramos nos dio hambre, pero no había casi nada abierto porque estaban recién abriendo y un atleta (le decimos Colombia) nos dijo que estábamos cerca de su casa que fuéramos por un colchón para mejorar la caída de la barra y dijimos que sí. Cambiamos como 15 minutos llegamos y tiene un mini gimnasio en su casa aprovechamos y estuvimos probando las máquinas.
Luego nos pegó otra vez el hambre decidimos caminar hasta el parque vereda del lago a comer pasteles. Caminamos por 1:30 hasta llegar al parque cuando llegamos al puesto donde venden pasteles no nos queríamos parar 🤣 a cada uno le tocaba 12 pasteles por persona, algunos nos comimos más de 12 😂 .
Bueno después de eso descansamos un rato y luego cada quien para su casa.

Hello Hivers and #SWC friends. Tuesday was a crazy day. We had the great idea to walk to the sports centre to train freestyle on the gymnastics bar. @edixovm @valecillos and other athletes got up early to be able to go after 45 minutes walking we arrived at the sports centre and it was closed. 🤡
Then we thought we are near the Lago Mall shopping centre we go and stay there for a while. After 20 min walking we arrived at the mall, the mall opens at 9:00 AM and we arrived at 8:22 AM we had to wait in the back for them to open, I took advantage and took some pictures of me doing pino and elbow.
After we entered we got hungry, but there was almost nothing open because they were just opening and an athlete (we call him Colombia) told us that we were near his house to go for a mattress to improve the fall of the bar and we said yes. We changed about 15 minutes and we arrived and he has a mini gym in his house so we took advantage of it and tried the machines.
Then we got hungry again and decided to walk to the lake side park to eat some cakes. We walked for 1:30 until we got to the park and when we got to the stall where they sold cakes we didn't want to stop 🤣 everyone got 12 cakes per person, some of us ate more than 12 😂 .
Well after that we rested for a while and then everyone went home.
