[ENG/ESP] Drenando mis emociones | Catarsis

Hola Hivers | Hello Hivers

It could be said that I am bad at expressing my feelings, I do it very little and sometimes I am even asked if I really have a heart, a question that actually seems meaningless to me... since I believe that we all have them but we do not know how to express them. Maybe not in the way others expect. Well, here I tell you that I consider myself to have a noble heart, I am always ready to help those who need it, I have my character like everything else, but that does not mean that I do not feel... every human being feels, it is their way of being alive.

I lived two years, almost three years away from my family. And they were my strength and my greatest pride in the time I was away from them, with everyone I got to know in that country I talked about them and our customs, I was terrified to imagine that any member of my large family was going to be bad away from me. It is complicated to have everything but nothing fills you up because you are not with your loved ones. I tried to adapt but that process was necessary for me, because thanks to him I understood many things, life showed me what I had and did not value, I showed myself that I could handle that and more. I discovered that no matter where I was I was always going to live with an emptiness in my heart, and I started from scratch in my country, Venezuela.

I will not deny that I was afraid of failure, I was terrified of the idea of continuing to feel that emptiness that I had lived with being away from my closest people, but it was not like that. I achieved peace, I recovered emotional stability and although the family is not perfect, it is family, and that always makes us feel safe and at home, although I do not usually express that I love them, I love them. Undoubtedly, they saved me without knowing it, because I had already stopped smiling for lack of their presence. In my mind lived thoughts like; my mom is becoming more and more adult and I am not near her to enjoy her, a video call does not fill the same as having in front of the person and seeing the fractions of her face when she smiles, I do not change for anything the presence. And although I miss these people who are in the photos with me, one of them is my cousin @abrahambd1, person who recommended me HIVE and this space to vent. they were the little family I had in this adventure, I can only say see you soon, someday I will return to travel to my beloved Bogota but only for a walk, but so far I do not see it as something permanent.

If you ask me who is my favorite person I met in Bogota? I would say that this lady was my boss, my friend, my mom, and the person who was aware of all my steps in that city, she knew me and took care of me as her daughter, she taught me what I now know in the kitchen, when she noticed that I was not in the mood she looked for a way to encourage me and give me her unconditional support at all times, thanks to her I met the best people and lived in one of the best places in that city, even when I think of her, I miss her because she earned my affection. In my family, I was taught to be grateful, therefore, I cannot end this catharsis without saying thank you to each and every one of those who are part of my loved ones, in me you will always find advice, support and protection when you need it, because that is what it is about supporting each other.

the truth after letting my feelings out without forcing them, this catharsis felt good, thank you all for reading me, this platform has served me as a space to let my emotions flow, something that sometimes I find a little complicated, the photos are my own, see you next time Hivers!

Wow!
