(Smart) people who we cannot convince

I have learned a lot my own skill and knowhow about who I can believe during my time in work. But still sometimes I am not sure if I properly judge who I can believe.
Someone say very kindly, but after all we cannot believe him or her.
Someone say unkindly, but he finally convince me.

Trust is sometimes directly related to the quality of our happiness, or make an critical point.

What is trust in business

I. Trust is speed
If there is rigid trust in business, business speed increase as the validation formalities decrease.

II. Trust is money
Cost is getting lower as much trust we have. If we cannot trust someone or the business counter partner,we should validate everything such as legality and all sort of small to large matters.

The (smart) people who we cannot convince

I. I am right and you are wrong
The people who say I have experienced and know everything

II. The people who just focus on fact and attack the other with just fact
Trust is directly related to emotion.
So we do not like someone emotionally, it may be almost impossible to trust.

III. Fire-eater
The people who push others and are impatient to make an early result

IV. The people who give signal continuously that break up the promise anytime if there would not be enough result or performance

V. The people who pretend to take care of others kindly, but very harshly let others know that he or she have used people as just one of tool

VI. The people who judge all situation regarding himself or herself in self-centric way
He or she always very easily judge situation just depending on own knowledge or insight.

VII. The people who continuously doubt a person’s capability or sincerity after assigning work
You should not assign a work to them if you doubt
