Growing up to find a job was never easy for me, day-day job is never an easy task as long as life is concern.

my first day-day hustle was when I was just coming of age I started following my uncle to site where the build houses, do constructions and some days where the mould block, it was never easy for me seeing how young I was then but i had no choice than to go and Carter for my self and my siblings.

I happen to be the first male child of the house so i feel I have some responsibilities to do to support my parents to pay the bills and also my bills. I was so frustrated with the work because of how tedious and hectic it was but I had no option but to keep hustling.

there was a setting time that I feel sick seriously because of how stressful the work was, imagining you will be under the sun all day working sometimes you won't get enough money to take home why because you need energy to do the work.

so sometimes the money finish on food and won't be enough for me to buy some of my needs like detergent to wash my clothes. the work was really annoying and frustrating to a point I told my uncle I won't be going with him any longer.

but do I have a choice no I was just blabbering though so after I told my uncle I won't be coming with him I went and met my friend I explain my problem to him then my friend told me to follow him and mould block.

so I just agreed because I was down and wanted to take care of some bills so i started working together with my friend but seems like moulding block was not as easy as i thought it was.

so i stop along the line because cement wound my palm ( a very dip cut ) so i wasn't able to assist in mixing the sand again so i stop, it was actually so painful knowing what will bring you money but so tedius to do, that was how i stop that my side hustle.

After some weeks my injury healed so I began to search for another job again, I will go around the market square asking for job just to sustain my self, I searched everywhere but couldn't get any I was not ready to go with my uncle nor my friend so I was just hoping that one day I will get.

so one day a friend of mine told me a man is looking for workers and he's sure i will like the work i told him ok what is the nature of the work? he said it's bet9ja work i said ok.

mean while I've never worked with computer so i do get scared to touch a mouse i was just praying God should help me, so the following day i went to the man's shop and told him i want to work for him then he ask if I'm use to computers but i was scared to tell him no so i told u him yes and he told me its a bet work can you do it? i said yes so he ask me to resume the next day i said ok sir.

I could remember early in the morning on Tuesday was the day I reported to work, I was just calm observing how my co worker play for people so I just took less than a week to pick up.

mean while the one week i spent was just to know how to hold mouse because i was scared of it but didn't let anyone notice it so no one will laugh at me after that i started the work fully.

And gradually I was getting use to the job after some days in the work i was already enjoying it because no much stress like the block moulding and the "lebra" work I was going with my uncle,aside printing ticket for customers.

and before i knew it i was able to gather some amount of money just in a short period of time, in the bet9ja work there is this part called virtual that's were the money is.

so after few days i graduated to that level and since then till this very moment I'm working there as a cashier no problem and still supporting my family and siblings to pay some of the bills.

Betting has really changed my life but if an opportunity will be given to me to get a white collar job as a graduate I am now I will stop the work and do the white collar job. Thank you very much 🙏
