Meet D'Law: Eniola's Introductory Post 🤗

They call me D'Law - a young lawyer in training who loves Amala, music, and her stubborn dog, Alaric.

Hiii hiveans, I'm a new and enthusiastic member of Hive.

Introduction

My name is Idowu Eniola Motunrayo, a native of Ekiti State. Born and raised in Lagos State. The last child of my family. I have an older sister and brother @justola1 . My education has been a little bit dynamic; I have changed high school twice, and I was out of the house at a pretty young age to be in boarding school. Currently, I'm now a 400-level law student at the prestigious OBAFEMI AWOLOWO UNIVERSITY.

Of course, people address me as D'law. Being a law student is something I'm so proud of because I literally get to know all my rights and privileges, and I can't be deprived of them. I'm a young student lawyer and still quite unsure of the aspect of law I want to venture into when I graduate and go to Law school, although I'm sure I'll figure that out along the journey. I got to know about Hive a few months ago from my older brother @justola1, but I wasn't active here because of my exams; reading back-to-back was crazy, and trying to cram law cases was hectic, but trust me, I'm so happy to be here. I'm the type of person who doesn't read at night, I love and prioritize my sleep, so I have to try my possible best to utilize daytime wisely.

Life of a Law Student

I remember my first year in the University, we all had to get a book named the Pink Bible. It has pretty hectic having to read it all.

My Hobbies and Interests

I love swimming. It's like therapy for me. I learned this skill when I was in primary school. I'm glad I was able to rid myself of my phobia of water.

Let's talk about my best friend now!
I have a pet dog. He's a crossbreed, although his German shepherd characteristics are more dominant. His name is Alaric. Born on October 20. He is a very smart dog, and I can't wait to get him a partner. Alaric can be stubborn at times. I remember when he ate my earpods. I couldn't cry, guysss.

Beauty with Brains

I participated in a modeling contest called the Miss Culture And Heritage some years back, and fr, I learned a lot. It wasn't a physical one though; the contest was an online one. I was privileged to finish as the second runner-up at the end of the contest.

I love listening to music. It is my own special way of relieving stress. A day without listening to music is an incomplete day, pleaseee. One of the reasons why my friends always say that Eniola cannot do without her headset. I vibe to all types of songs, actually.

Oh, I love cooking too, btw; you would never see me buy takeout. As a Nigerian, I'm sure you'd be expecting me to say that my favorite meal is Jollof rice and chicken. LOL. Alas, my favorite meal is actually Amala and Ewedu with chicken, yeah.

I'm sincerely happy to be here, and I can't wait to share more of my thoughts here.

Additionally, I'm keen on making friends here, learning from this amazing community, and sharing my journey with you all.
