MY INTRODUCTION TO HIVE
Helo hivers.....My name is Kaycee,from the name Kelechi,I was born and brought up in Nigeria,did my primary, secondary and tertiary education in Nigeria but currently am based in Dominica Republic.
Yeah,that's because the lovely man I married has lived there for almost 30 years of his live.
We had our wedding April last year in Nigeria and afterwards I had to wait till September last year when my papers were ready and that was how I moved over.
It was really painful to me because I was going to a land where I know no one except my husband,where I can't even speak their language and an not also conversant with their food.
I cried,oh..I weeped, leaving all my loved ones,my mum who is old and my only surviving parent,my brothers and friends,it wasn't easy but then I had longed to be with my husband. It was almost 4 months after wedding,he travelled immediately after the wedding due to the nature of his work and we didn't even get to spend some time apart from our wedding night.
He had missed me so much and so did I,so that eager to see him gave me hope and also I couldn't wait to start building my own home.
I spent almost 72hours on the road,that has been the longest journey of my life but at the site of my husband,it was worth it.
My stay here has been awesome, despite the fact that I don't know anyone, hubby has been trying his best to take me out,to familiarize with the environment,he also tries to come home early as to keep me company,then I just enrolled in a Spanish class which we took a break on due to the Corona virus outbreak.
It has been a total lockdown,so we do nothing but to play,gist,eat and sleep. Am glad I discovered hive, atleast I will try to get busy,so anticipate more of me.
I also hope to meet with lots of amazing people on the platform and also learn from you all.
So let's get started and achieve something before the pandemic is over.
I love food,fashion, nature, don't necessarily have a particular genre,so expect to catch fun in various aspects.
