Midnight Thoughts

These days I feel like I am hiding in secrecy of emotions, one moment I am happy and comfortable. Another moment I feel down, lonely..it feels like am in an illusion. Yes, I know some days are better than others but then I can't seem to have a grasp on those better days for long..the bad days seem to stay longer.


Sometimes I want friends around me, have fun and forget about the morrow. But then again, I want to be on on on my own, do my own thing, be in my own space and enjoy my solitude. What do I really want? We always want people to ask us that question but when asked we tend to answer based on how we feel at that particular time. "I want money"..."I want a car"...amongst others. But what do we really want?



I bet you would say you want to be happy...but then what makes you happy? What is happiness in itself? Gosh! I have so many thoughts running through my head. If only, I had the answers to every question...things will be way easier but life is full of uncertainties, you know not what tomorrow holds.



I guess these are one of the things that makes us human, our random thoughts on things that either concern us directly or indirectly...presently or in time to come.

First of all, don't think too much...
I think a lot and often become puzzled, to be honest, most of the time I questioned myself and guess what, no answer. We girls are so emotional and our mood swings a lot. Like, sometimes I want to stay alone, chilling and spend time for myself but sometimes I feel alone, miss my friends, family...
Sometimes I wish for so much money, want to be rich and sometimes I am just happy with what I have. Emotions are mixed and I am living with that...
So, just don't take too much stress...

I agree with you...you totally get what I mean. Well then, I guess it's one of those things but I don't really stress much over it...it's just that sometimes it just weighs down on you like the cup of thoughts is full and needs to be poured out lol. Thank you for your words Priya..❤🤗

We all of us have those days. All of us, and yes, some of them are longer than others and harder to change.

One solution is to try to "want what you have," which means, ideally, to look at what you currently have, and realise that you want it, and that it is what you already possess that makes you happy. It doesn't always work. It often fails for me. 😃

I think that all of us are feeling down about a lot of things right now; we're stuck at home, can't get out, etc. Others of us are stuck in dead end, meaningless jobs, relationships, etc. On a positive note, this is what makes us human, makes us remember that we're breathing, have blood pumping through our veins, and that feels good.

Or maybe it's time to get a dog. Dogs make everything better.

Yeah, you are right..."what makes us humans". It also fails for me too but we still have to keep being positive right. And a dog..not yet 😉💕
