How do you eat for a HEALTHY BRAIN. YEs i will let you think about it for a bit.... #health is a great topic to think, blog/write and vlog about.

I have two tips besides all the “normal “ things that everybody already knows.

IODINE is a substance that helps in the development of a healthy brain. SEAWEED is an enormously good source of iodine, and can easily be added to a salad or be used in fish dishes sushi. Your brain, loves unsaturated fats, so a handful of unsalted nuts can also be fine. Both can be grind and spread on a piece of baguette or a cracker and it is original on the table. Iodine is also available in a tablet together with potassium if you find that easier!

I try to do as much as possible to make sure that my body, brain and family get enough of all of that because we only have one body and have to take care of that.

About 2 years ago I’ve written about the ‘best’ time to submit a blogpost so you’ll receive worldwide exposure. I came up with the term 4 o'clocky and I thought this might be a great idea to make a blogpost every day at 4 o'clock local time with this title. Every day I’ll submit a blogpost about something that keeps me busy, a challange, a contest or something important enough to share so Lets blog on and See you every day here at 4 !
