WHAT

_{(What Hive offers you as an individual)}

Hive offers me a space where I can show my artistic works, talk about topics that are of my interest, participate in contests and meet very talented and friendly people from various parts of the world, all with the possibility of obtaining an economic reward in return. Therefore, in Hive I discovered a place where we can all support each other in achieving goals both on the platform and in the real world 🌈

WHY

_{(How Hive is different to other social media and blogging platforms)}

What differentiates Hive from other social media is that here the rewards are generated much more quickly and directly from the interaction of each user. This means that I can reward the work of other creators as well as they can support mine. For the fact that likes are not just likes but can be transformed into economic income allows us to really help others realize their goals.

Having shorter collection periods makes me focus on dissemination as well as generating more and more content quickly and constantly because the pace of production is fast. This has allowed me to take more seriously the job of being a content creator, a job that I had been considering for years and Hive puts my feet on the ground about how hard it is but at the same time motivates me to be more constant in it because the rewards here are generated faster than in other platforms like Youtube, Instagram, etc.

WHO

_{(People & spaces you find Hive support and gain enthusiasm from)}

I have found a lot of support in the friendships I have made on the platform, people I have noticed who read me and have let me know that they like my content, among them I can mention @joseacabrerav @vicvperezdelara @leo-audio and @arlettemsalase 💜.

I really like the community of @naturalmedicine who in addition to doing the curative job, do activities in Discord where they present musicians to sing and vibrate a pleasant energy. Something I love about these activities is that it is bilingual, which creates a bridge between the Spanish-speaking community and the English-speaking community, that space of openness is necessary and nourishing for all 🌁 .

One of my favorite initiative is the one who runs @cabelindsay, the Hive Openmic, where the musicians upload songs according to a set theme for each week 🎧.

Another community that has caught my attention is the @LMAC community who promotes the creation of collages within the platform, inviting photographers to upload their photos as a template, and then other users can let their creativity fly by creating collages with the chosen photograph. The prizes are very good and there are talented people participating ✨.

Last but not least, other communities that have given me their support are @Palnet and @GEMS who have appreciated my posts and thanks to their forums in Discord I have been able to meet friendly people 😊.

Hive is a platform that can support you and expand your creative capacity so it is more utilitarian than many other platforms, and it strives to have a friendly community that supports each other 🌈.

I also consider it necessary to understand our responsibility as creators and curators to always promote the work of good quality and the valuable information, because each platform has shitty content 💩 and everyone is free to support it 🤷‍, but if as a collective we keep the poor quality standards Hive will not become a prestige platform, it will be a platform where to enter only for the money and not for the content 😕.
