Hello 🐝lovely🐝bees🐝! It’s Monday 3rd August 2020!! How was your weekend? Happy New Week!

Yesterday we cleaned the rooms when the guests went out and then went up to the other house to do some work. I spent the afternoon rendering the concrete block I built to put the firepit on. I also did some weeding and some tidying up of tools in the house.




Today we have another day where no guests are leaving and no guests are arriving (a full house). So after cleaning the rooms we will go back up to the other house and do some more work.

Will you attach the fire pit to the concrete block? I've never seen this done before, so I'm curious! Here, we usually a pit.

Yes, I did that yesterday, actually. I've screwed it in. The firepit itself is an old washing machine drum. We wanted it above ground to get as much heat out as possible. I'll put a picture of it on today's post. I want to wait a few days for everything to go off properly before lighting a fire in it though.
