Hello 🐝lovely🐝bees🐝! It’s Wednesday 1st July 2020!! Happy New Month!

Yesterday I dug a trench at the side of the house and put a drain in, then put gravel down. I want to cut down on the amount of grass I need to cut so this was a good way of doing it!

I was bitten (probably by a horse fly) on my lip. It swelled up quite badly, but I took a couple of antihistamines and the swelling went down eventually.

In the evening we went to a friends house to have a drink to celebrate her daughter getting the course she wanted to do. The evening was lovely and the sunset sky was beautiful

Today I hope to go up to the renovation house and do some strimming (pesky grass!)

I have judged and awarded the zapfic contest! 34 valid entries- a record!
