My very first SPUD on the first day of 2020 - SPUD9

I've been seeing SPUD (Steem Power Up Day) posts on some of my friends blogs and usually just bypassed it as I always select 100% power up when writing posts, but of course being an avid contest junkie, there are times when I win Steem and then power up randomly.
The idea of powering up en masse with fellow Steemians in the SPUD9 initiative hosted by @streetstyle appeals and makes more sense so now I'm writing a very quick post on this first day of a new decade 2020 to let you know that I have powered up 60 Steem and will be looking out for the monthly power up days from here on.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE, early to bed after a very late new Year's Eve for many I'm sure, it's way past my bedtime here in SA!
