¿De donde vienen mis pensamientos quien los dirige? Porque si actuó mal me siento culpable? Porque siento un dolor interno por perdidas de seres queridos? Siento odio porque me hacen daño? ¿Has sentido la energía que te transmite una persona , predicación, u oratoria especial esas palabras te han llenado de emociones a tu corazón y a tu alma? ¿has sentido días en paz y otros días sin paz?, ¿Que sientes ante un mal diagnostico de salud?, ¿Como te sientes si te enamoras?.

I am grateful to bear my thoughts by directing my mind when I took care of my father and he complained about his illness, I occupied my thoughts in other things so as not to make my soul sick.

I am grateful for my mental self-control in the face of sadness when I found out that my mother had cancer I decided from the bottom of my heart that it was only a word and I treated her as if she were healthy, with attention, enjoying with her what she liked, without prevent his happiness, remove from my mind that he would never have pain and thank God he lived his quiet life until he left this world.

I am grateful because every day I learn from my mistakes.

I am grateful to imagine in people who hurt me, to see in them the light of their heart and I say "I forgive" you I mention their name your heart shines with the soul, the divine light is in you.

I am grateful to have dreamed of the light passing through my body eliminating the darkness that was in me, I felt an unprecedented peace, I received a transformation.

I am grateful for having taken a course in human development with therapists who help cure diseases improve my self-esteem with their practices and I also learned to detect people's problems and help them excites me.

I am grateful to find myself and change the bad for the good, faith moves my spirit and gives me hope making my soul shine.
