Sepia Saturday Y'all
Oh yes gather round folks and start digging through your photo bins! It is that time of the week again when we have fun just taking any old (or new) photo and putting it into the editing app and just beating the devil out of it with filters to make it look like it was from yesteryear. Oh you know it is always a good time, so snap those shutters and fire up your photo filters coz its time for
Sepia Saturday!!!
It is funny to me how I basically use the different challenges during the week here to keep my place and remember what day we are at lol.
Was the photo taken today, yesterday or yesteryear? Does it really matter? The person that shot it was trying to capture some essence of the scene. Perhaps some fleeting feeling or a desire to capture a memory. The camera actually is the closest thing we have to a time machine I suppose.

Nice sepia shots! - and how do you decide if it looks better in sepia or b&w? I especially light the lighthouses, right across from each other so they can flash their lights when they get bored.
I am going to pause this comments and run and see what I got.

For sepia I try to avoid any that have items that would give away the time period. For BnW it is a free for all baby, whatever looks good, use it lol. 😄
Yes? Sort of anyway. I think I may actually understand what will work. Thanks.

D'oh! I missed Sepia Saturday. I will remember for next week. It's one of my favorite filters. These are great. I love the one of the lighthouse. Absolutely timeless!
