From photo to drawing
Pictorialism *(from "picturesque") is a trend in European and American photography of the second half of the 19th - early 20th centuries. It implies the use of pictorial and technical techniques that bring photography closer to painting and graphics of such directions as impressionism, symbolism, modernism, painting of the Pre-Raphaelites, etc.
How the transformation is done:
original photo
I remove unnecessary parts in a graphics editor
Then I adjust the light, color, contrast
The next step is to apply filters Color Efex PRO 3.0
Finally, I tint the image a little.
This image is still a photo, but it can be compared to the drawing.
