happened by accident as she used to cook them in sherry but we didn't have any. I came home and started to tuck in and was wow this is amazing. What did you do different. She said I used whisky. I said wow its amazing. Then I had a moment and said " which whisky did you use?" She said the red bottle . Breathe sigh of relief as that was a bottle of johnnie walker red someone gave me and she hadn't used the single malt. Phew

Lol...I can imagine you paused there, a half chewed mouthful of chicken and puzzled look on your face...Then your relief when you found out it wasn't the good stuff. 🤣

tropical storm passing to the north. Might fuck up diving tomorrow which is another body blow as we have few enough dive days as it is. I still have to be at the dive centre though. A day of Joe Rogan, hive and a few other things

Yeah, that sucks ass. It's one thing after another I guess...Still, you can put the time to good use and feel somewhat productive.

yup, getting a few things done. Seems theres a few storms brewing out in the pacific but we have had such amazing weather all year I'm not surprised we have some now. Luckily they mostly pass to the north and we don't usually get too badly affected. The big worry is the boats. We've had bits of trees in the see put holes in the boats and the biggest worry is if the mooring lines snap.

Ah yeah, losing boats isn't ideal, neither is repairing them when damaged...Costly I guess. Do you rent them or own them?
