A Potluck Easter in MyCalifornia

Saturday night, my friends called.... they would like to come over for Easter after Mass.
Have I shown you the grill area?
I have a couple of grillers and smokers I've accumulated through the years.
So Sunday after Mass, I threw in some chicken and pork on the grill.
I just put salt, pepper, Yoshida seasoning, and what-not on them.
And soft cheese, salami, prosciutto, and crackers... and wine
Then the rest of the food was brought by them!

When I have parties, I fire up all grills, and everything gets grilled at the same time.
So don't throw your grills away... just take care of them and accumulate them as years go by!

We usually get-together every opportunity... last year and this, not so much.
It is nice that they thought of dropping by... instant get-together!
