Life lesson! Words have power

Hello dear Hive friends! Some anecdotes leave a positive message to which we must pay attention.

A beggar sat on the sidewalk, in a place where many people passed and placed a sign with the following words:

"Look how happy I am! I am a prosperous man, I know I am handsome, I am very important, I have a beautiful residence, I live comfortably, I am successful, I am healthy and in a good mood."

Some passers-by seemed puzzled, others thought he was crazy, and others even gave him money.
Every day, before going to sleep, he counted the money and noticed that each day the amount was greater. One beautiful morning, a bold and important executive, who had been watching him for some time, came up to him and said:

"You are very creative! Wouldn't you like to collaborate on a company campaign?"
"Come on. I can only win!" Replied the beggar. "

After a good shower and new clothes, he went to the company.

From then on, his life was a series of successes and at some point he became one of the majority partners. At a press conference, he explained how he managed to leave begging and reach such a high position.

He said:

Well, there was a time when I used to sit on the sidewalks with a sign next to it, which said:

"I am nothing in this world! No one helps me! I have nowhere to live! I am a failed and abused man for life! I cannot get a miserable job that earns me a few dollars! I can barely survive! "

Things went from bad to worse when, one night, I found a book and an excerpt that said:

"Everything that talks about you is reinforced. As bad as your life is, say that everything is going well. As much as you don't like your appearance, affirm yourself beautiful. As poor as you are, tell yourself and others that they are prosperous".

I was deeply moved and since I had nothing to lose, I decided to change the words on the sign to:

"Look how happy I am! I am a prosperous man, I know I am handsome, I am very important, I have a beautiful residence, I live comfortably, I am successful, I am healthy and in a good mood."

And from that day everything began to change, life brought me the right person for everything I needed, until I got to where I am today. I just had to understand the power of words.

The Universe always supports everything we say, write or think about ourselves and this will end up manifesting itself in our lives as a reality.

While we say that everything is going wrong, that our appearance is horrible, that our material goods are small, the tendency is for things to get even worse, because words have power. All our beliefs in our lives materialize.

"Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and those who love it will eat its fruit" (Proverbs 18:21).
