I greet everyone in the name of the Lord and I hope you all are doing great today. I say happy new week to us. Yesterday we started talking about the third day of creation and I mentioned that dry land was made and God separated the dry land from the waters which He called Seas.
Now dry land wasn't the only thing God made on the third day. Let's look into other things that happened on the third day as we see the next verses, Genesis 1:11-13 which says;
And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
And the evening and the morning were the third day.
Remember we now have dry land. God didn't just want dry land to be just there as God is also a God of beauty. He had to call forth grass and herb that has seed growing on and also fruit tree yielding after its kind. That's why today, we have the orange tree, mango tree, pawpaw tree and so on. Some fruits don't grow on the tree but from under the earth; Pineapple is a perfect example of that.
You see how amazing God is. He made different kinds of fruits, grass, herbs and so on and the 13th verse made us to understand that God saw that it was good. My prayer for everyone today is that may God cause every dry ground of our lives to bring forth beautiful fruits in Jesus name.
Our God is a God of fruitfulness and that's why He could do such from the beginning. I urge you that if there's any area of your life that you need God to show up, don't just assume that He's seeing you. Of course He sees you, but His word says "Ask and you shall receive". May God show up in every area of our lives in Jesus name. Amen.
