Cancer Awareness: Advice a friend.

Another week of health discussion that will benefit each and everyone who stops by.

Today the rate in which cancer cases increase in different hospitals around the world is quite touching and it have taken so many lives today and has caused disability to some while some women are left with only one breast.

But the question is what is cancer and how can we protect ourselves from being a victim?

Cancer is a disease whereby the body cells grows to the extent of damaging some parts of the body, and it's spreads so fast, it doesn't have a specific place it can happen in any part of the body.

Sadly cancer is dangerous because it can kill and in most cases there is no cure.

Sometimes it seems like there is no specific cause to this deadly disease especially when a victim has been trying so hard to protect his health but he or she now has cancer, everyone will be asking why and how.
Not withstanding we will still do our best in protecting our health and that of our loved ones.

* My advice to all my friends*.

You can guide yourself from cancer on three different ways.

1) Know what you eat.

Many people has become so lazy to cook the food they eat by themselves, while others are too busy to be in the kitchen and as a result they just want already made food.
Unfortunately most of our already made food are not healthy because of how they are prepared, some go to the extent of using charms in cooking food, while some food are tasty just because of lots of spice in it.
So when we keep on eating such food it can lead to cancer.

Try to make your food at home
If you can't make your food please do proper investigation about a restaurant before eating.

Make sure you always cook fresh vegetables to gain the nutrients that can fight cancer cells in the body.
Vegetables like pumpkin, okra, green, and many more.

If possible avoid all form of Industrial food especially for people who already have a trace of cancer cells or genetic history of cancer and has been advised by a doctor.
We should also reduce our intake of can foods, indomie,fried foods*, and carbonated drinks.

2) Avoid smoking and much alcohol intake

A friend said to me "why have thousands of those chain smokers under the bridges of our country not having cancer?

I wish I had an answer to that question then, but in all even the producers of cigarettes always highlight that smokers are liable to die young and that is a signal that smoking can reduce ones life span.

Smoking damages the cells that will protect the body from Cancer, it is also very important to limit alcohol intake because that can also reduce the functioning of the immune system and this will prevent the body from fighting against this disease called cancer.

A great awareness for the use of diet as a good prevention. It's quite absurd that some people put charms into food tho, one has to be careful.
