It's been a while since we did a written update because we've been live streaming so much :)
But thought we'd go over a few bits of news when it comes to the projects within the CTP Swarm...
CUB Coupons Distributed To INDEX Holders
In case you've been living under a rock this past week, you'll know all about Cub Finance by @LeoFinance
This has taken the blockchain by storm and the CUB airdrop happened earlier this week.
And the best news was....
INDEX holders got some CUB!
We've distributed the token coupons we received this morning so if you check your account in Hive Engine or Leo Dex, you'll see what we sent you.
The airdrop distribution was kept low on purpose, to maximize demand for CUB and it's been working. But even with a small amount, you can play around and learn about DeFi....
It's been an awesome experience so far :)
Make sure you stock up on INDEX tokens....Not only have dividends been coming in and increasing, you never know what might be airdropped down the road ;)
ALIVE Airdrop For Staked CTP
Speaking of air drops....
The ALIVE token's white paper was released yesterday and when you dove into it, you discovered this little gem ;)
ALIVE from @wearealive will be airdropped to token holders who have staked their CTP.
The only requirement to get the airdrop?
Stake 1000 CTP Tokens :)
What a cool initiative by @flaxz and we're honored to be a part of it!
Even more reason to get that CTP staked and held for the long term :)
LIOTES Launches!
The coolest thing about the CTP Tribe is seeing ideas form and businesses being built from within the community....And this week we saw a BOMB being dropped in the community...
On Monday, the @liotes project was released by CTP whale @ph1102 and the founder of the @ctpsb project - @achim03
Keep in mind, this was launched the exact same day as CUB Finance but still shook the Hive-Engine markets with thousands in volume and a super successful launch!
Massive congrats to these guys and here's hoping for a spLENdid year ahead...

CTPtalk Update
The CTPtalk.com relaunch has been delayed...Much longer than we had hoped.
The issue is the load time of the comments on our new front end, and we do not want to release a new project that's only 75% complete.
We are close and looking at many new options to get the load speed of the comments on each post...Much quicker. And we'll do our best to get this out ASAP for you guys...

Exciting update, thank you! There really is a lot going on around the Hive ecosystem these days; I can't help but think that all these project launches will help pull the Hive token along, gradually.
Good on you for holding the front end till it's ready!
Khal and crew at LeoFinance are already a fine example of the success of a community that takes it time till things work before setting them free. You can do a lot worse than following that example.

Yeah we figured it's a much better plan to wait and get it right.
But I'm itching to get it out lol
Well, just keep a lid on it till you're ready and 99% of the kinks worked out... and you've had a group of 12-year olds try to "break" it for a few days. Nothing will make a group of excited people lose interest faster than a deliverable that doesn't deliver....
Looking forward to the challenge. I will be in it for sure. Excited about the Alive Token Air drop and will take some time to learn about Liotes. So much going on I have to do a better job about dividing my 1440.

ENGAGEtokens.Great news Jon and thanks a lot for the mention, so just one clarification, having at least 1k CTP staked will get 1 share of the free part of the airdrop of 100k ALIVE tokens, how many tokens that is exactly will be published in a post tomorrow where the calcualtions for the free airdrop has been made, but all who have 1k CTP staked or more gets the same number of ALIVE tokens for that part.
