Some people give up what they wanted to achieve!

We all suffer from frustration, and the ability to deal effectively with frustration is very important for self-improvement. It can be a crucial factor between success and failure.

Frustration can have a very detrimental effect on our mentality. It can transform a positive individual into a contrary individual. It can frustrate our advancement and, in the most extraordinary cases, totally immobilize us. We can get excited about our frustration in such a way that we can't think or act rationally, or we can even become aggressive.

Our frustration can often make the situation worse and create a vicious cycle. If we are convinced that our actions do not work, no longer as we strive, we are much more willing to reduce than to increase our chances of success.

There are countless causes of it, and as far as one person is concerned, it cannot affect others.

There are no easy answers or remedies. Some people give up what they wanted to achieve. Some people walk away from the problem and look for something else, and find that they can then deal with it rationally when they return. Coming back from frustration and reassuring ourselves will help us see things more clearly.

Perseverance and determination can often see us through our frustration, especially when we calm down first. Exercise can help - getting up and taking some deep airways, or walking for a walk can help clear our minds.

Sometimes we may have to look for alternatives that we had not considered before, or for other approaches. There are times when we may be out of our depths, in which case we must recognize it and be willing to seek advice and support from specialists who can help us.

All successful people have to deal with a lot of frustration as they move toward their goals, this can also be one of the biggest reasons for their success. Their frustration with poor results or lack of success may have been so great that they were driven to set goals and inspired them to work hard to achieve them.

They almost certainly learned strategies and techniques to deal with it, which allowed them to overcome their problems and be more productive, which contributed to their success.

A character cannot be created on a net and calm. Only through the experience of the ancient and enlightening can the mind be strengthened, that desire can be awakened and that realization can be accomplished.

While I was reading these lines

Our frustration can often make the situation worse and create a vicious cycle. If we are convinced that our actions do not work, no longer as we strive, we are much more willing to reduce than to increase our chances of success.

It reminded me of the scene from the movie The Big Short, where they were explaining Synthetic CDO, but the point why I have connected these things is a probability...

How much you are frustrated, or not... the probability of success is the same as it was before your failure... It's like flipping the coin and getting the same side 100 times in a row... 101st time the possibility will still be 50% :)

Wow, this really is a very good point. Frustration is something we all deal with from time to time. It can be quite overwhelming in some cases, depending on the situation. I have experienced it on different levels & there are different things that work for different situations.

I usually try to remember to be proactive than reactive to it. Granted, I am not perfect. No one is. But when I do choose to be more proactive, the frustration doesn't ignite as much. I stay in a flow state and it starts dissipating.

The times that I can't seem to get a handle on it, I will walk away, do some meditation or even journal. Or sometimes it's just having that cup of tea & watching a show. The simplest things can help & really regain clarity.

Thanks for talking about this. I totally resonated with it. You are awesome! :) 💜
