Every Monday, I will try to make a financial report about how the Liotes project is evolving. For this second week, we can say that almost all our assets are growing well and we are well on track. Only the CUB defi portfolio lost a bit in value because the CUB tokens are worth less than last week.

First dividends to delegators of liotes.voter

Today we started to pay the first daily dividends to the people delegating Hive power to the @liotes.voter. At the moment, the return on delegations is very low with 5% APR. Our aim however is to increase these dividends over time but before we do that, we want to make sure that our calculations are correct and we don't distribute too many tokens :-). Today a total of 2 LEN was distributed to the delegators.

Small innovations to improve the project

With @ph1102 we make a brainstorming session almost every day and we come up with some nice improvements for the project. We have developed a little idea that will benefit everybody in the project. We will talk about it soon :-)

The second mission was amazing

In the second Liotes mission, we made a survey regarding the products and services that we should offer in the shop. A big thank you to everybody who took part. The ideas and suggestions that were added are very interesting. There are things among them that we didn't even think about.

We will analyze your answers and start to build this shop but it will probably take us a couple of weeks to get in ready.

Updated Liotes Ranking

The credits that people earned in the second mission were added to the ranking and we also updated the other parameters. You can check out the updated ranking. All the participants are still Dustsweepers but the first ones are gtting closer to become Wind Makers... The first person who becomes a Wind Maker will get a special prize from us!

They are often integrated into the Liotes posts. Don't worry we will make a lot of them :-)

If you want, you can still take part in the 2nd mission. Just write a comment under the post if you have done it so that I can add your credits to the ranking.

Nice! Accidents will happen. lol I like the project and will be excited to see it grow. I just have to stay on top of the posts. Add that to my growing list of things to do....this place is BUSY!!

I'm super happy for the first dividend that is sent to the community. Great to see that everything is working flawlessly. Thank you guys 🥰

Btw, when I checked the updated ranking, I'm ashamed with my total LEN Mills 😅 I'm not a lucky person in my life, thus it's more likely for me to keep increasing the amount of delegation but for relying on my "luck (?)" 😂

Whatever works best for you :-). By delegating Hive to the project you can also earn LEN tokens as dividends. At the moment the dividends are quite small and we hope to increase them over time.

Do you think y'all will be able to allow LEN mill rental through the place that y'all might allow things like Splinterland card rental? Folk like me and @idiosyncratic1 might appreciate that.

It's not impossible that we would do that. It's actually an interesting idea. We would have to make the LENM delegatable first though.

By delegating to liotes.voter, people actually have a second way to earn LEN tokens. We just need to make sure that what we are building is sustainable. That's why we prefer to grow it step by step :-). Thanks for your support!

Great guys I really like this project, and with the current run of hive its better that I have locked away my funds in LENM otherwise it would be tempting to take a 70% profit :)

What a nice surprise to open my H-E wallet this morning & see my first @liotes dividend! Thank you so much. I am glad the project is off to a great start & with every step you make, it will get better as time goes on...

I like the win-win set up you have with the various aspects of the token right now as well as your future ideas/planning. This made me reprioritize some of my token holdings as well as my HIVE goals ;)

For the moment the dividends are still a bit small but hopefuly we will be able to increase their size regularly. We are trying to tweak and adapt settings to get the best out of this project and we are very happy to see that you noticed that our first objective is to assure that we create win-win situations for the community members ;-)

So this only really applies to the people who have delegated? It doesn't sound like it is about the people who hold miners. I was just curious. I picked some miners up when I had some liquid Hive.

Exactly, when you stake LENM you will get random payouts in LEN according to the number of LENM that you have staked. There are 20 LENM tokens that get a 0.3 reward every hour.

We offer now the possibility to delegate hive power to the @liotes.voter account. The main purpose of this account is to upvote the content of the people in the liotes community. Yesterday, we started to pay dividends in LEN tokens to the delegators. At the moment the dividends are quite low but we want to make them bigger over time, once we are sure that all our calculations match :-)
