Building From the Inside
It's nice to receive whale votes... It's nice to see those big fat upvotes on our posts... It happens today, it happened yesterday, but will it happen tomorrow? Yes, I like to get them also... I won't lie to you that I don't like... but...
When I don't receive that fat upvote, I see the "real power" of my posts... I see the real upvotes and support that I receive on almost every, single post... Those upvotes are small, and they are almost invisible compared to that 1 fat upvote...
But that is not just 1 small upvote, those are dozens of small upvotes... So... We have 1 upvote on one side, and dozens on the other side... And unfortunately, we appreciate that 1 more than those dozens...
How about empowering those dozens of upvotes? How about building them up to worth more? How about empower your fellow friend here on the blockchain and encourage it to build every single day... How about we all grow and BEAT that 1 fat upvote in value!

Great video man. I think that a lot of people fail to see a very important aspect of this blockchain and of in life in general. Cooperation is much more powerful than competition
In the CTP community, @jongolson has taken the step to put the network into the center of his priorities. By working together and helping each other we decided to opt for cooperation. Such a swarm will be much more powerful than a whale account in the long run. I believe that in the space of a very new technology sector we are being pioneers...
This is so true, but unfortunately, a lot of people don't see that... I know that Jon has invested a lot of time and effort in some cooperations, but people would use that for their own thing, and never return the "favor"... Actually, it's not a favor, it's just business cooperation...
Anyways, as I said a lot of times, we are here to CHANGE things, and we will be persistent and stubborn about that!
I do like those whale votes. Ive gotten several already. But I would much rather get many small votes. It makes me see the true power of the hive community. Because those are real people.
Exactly... Everyone likes fat upvotes, but when you get a lot of small upvotes and a bunch of awesome comments, you are aware that all that you do really make a change... it matters...

I read and see posts here on CTP, I honestly think those posts deserve more rewards. On the other hand, we see complaining that there are not enough quality posts to support. What's happening is, once someone is recognized for making good posts and luckily get attention from whales, he/she will keep getting support automatically.
There are a lot of great posts on CTPTalk, and in other tribes also... The problem is that they don't get enough visibility, nor on Hive, nor in their tribes...
That's why we have ThisIsAwesome project, Dolphin dreaming, Road to 10K, and a lot of other initiatives that help in the recognition of people that create every day and bring value to the community!
