~ Sunday Down By The RIVER ~
Another beautiful Spring day it was š.
I wandered away from my cabin today. I accomplished a lot yesterday so it was easy for me justify taking a little break away today.
The river is one of my favorite places to go and that's where I went.
Last week it rained pretty steady for two days in a row. I knew the river would be rushing and mighty.
Last fall the Oak trees really produced alot of acorns. There is still plenty of them on the ground everywhere.
I saw a few acorns that were sprouting. If all goes well a new Oak tree will be.
An old piece of wood I saw on the riverbank. Nature's fractal art.
I could sit by the river for hours on end.
The sound of running water always makes me want to pee (urinate)

Thank goodness this is wonderful a people free area most of the time. I didn't have to go too far to gain relief š .
Mother Nature visually brought a beautiful Spring day to a perfect conclusion
Gratitude.

Interesting curved tree there also ... there actually is a whole wood of those same type of curved trees in Europe - they do not know why they did this ... do you?

Thank You so very much !!!
@icedrum
I greatly appreciate it.
There are alot of curved and crooked trees down by the river. I think it due flooding and the mighty force of the rushing water. The water can and does get much much higher than what is seen in the pictures. I believe some trees grow crooked when they are in competition for daylight in a thick forest.
