A Crisp, Christmas Morning Walk

Gosh it was cold this morning. Jack Frost had arrived during the night. What possessed me to go for an early morning walk, I don't know, but I did. I took some bird seed out with me for the birdies!

At least it wasn't boggy underfoot with all the rain that we've had. Everywhere has become frozen. There has been a sprinkling of snow in parts of the country but alas we didn't get any. I haven't been on this walk before. I loved the line of trees. It looked as though it had been part of a lane at some point.

I ended up doing a circular walk coming back through the wooded area.

I stumbled across this building but not sure what it was used for. It actually looked like some old public toilets but I doubt they'd place them in the wood.

I then when back home to cook myself my Christmas dinner. I'm not a good cook but God loves a trier!
