my walking meditation

For me, walking on a trail works as a form of meditation.

On many occasions, we are tense and full of worries and negative thoughts in the mind, due to the problems and situations that life imposes on us.

But the moment you enter a wild environment and start walking, you gradually need to let go of all this.

It is difficult, it can take a long time for the tensioned muscles of the back and neck to begin to relax.

Gradually that whirlwind in the form of internal dialogue, which keeps hammering various everyday issues in the brain, is decreasing.

Feeling the body during exercise helps you focus on the present moment and release all of this stress.

Feel the soles of your feet touching the ground, the heat of the sand, the wind blowing on your face, the sounds of insects and birds. Watch the landscape ...

At the end of the activity, you have already reached a new level of awareness and serenity and are ready to face new battles.

I totally agree. Taking a walk is a great way to unwind and can be extremely meditative.
