walking against the light (Part 1)

Inner peace can be found where we least expect it. Upon encountering such a view, which could easily make us feel calm within ourselves, we could find peace. It is precisely at that moment where we realize that life only has one meaning and we can only achieve it while our head is sufficiently at peace for it.

La paz interior la podemos conseguir donde menos lo esperamos. Al encontrarnos con una vista asi, que facilmente podria hacernos sentir en tranquilidad dentro de nosotros mismos, podriamos encontrar paz. Es precisamente en ese momento donde nos damos cuenta que la vida solo tiene un sentido y solo podemos conseguirla mientras nuestra cabeza esta lo suficientemente en paz para ello.

We ourselves, create "Chaos" in our mind. Once we live with it, it is difficult to control it. Falling into mental vacuums is the most difficult situation in which we can live, so difficult that many of us give up trying and simply let it consume us without being able to do what allows us to get out of there.

Nosotros mismos, creamos "El caos" en nuestra mente. Una vez vivimos con ello, es difícil controlarlo. Caer en vacíos mentales es la situación mas difícil en la que podemos llegar a vivir, tan difícil que muchos de nosotros nos rendimos en el intento y simplemente dejamos que nos consuma sin poder hacer lo que nos permite salir de allí.

Some listen to music. Others meditate, run or cry. Everything is valid and correct. The important thing is to find that space of peace, that allows us to free all the chaos that consumes us day by day in our heads.

Algunos, escuchan musica. Otros meditan, corren o lloran. Todo es valido y correcto. Lo importante es encontrar ese espacio de paz, que nos deje poder librar todo el caos que nos consume día a día en nuestra cabeza.

I was walking along the boardwalk of Miraflores - Lima and I was taken with a landscape that I could feel inner peace. Looking at the sunset and these backlit scenes that I wanted to portray and show the tranquility I felt at that moment, I walked for hours and photographed many points until I got the right photos that just seeing them cooled my mind. To the point of being able to fall asleep with the necessary stillness to feel the inner peace that I needed. I may not be someone famous or popular to change the world, but I know that my photos will make many feel that necessary peace to free the chaos from their minds.

Iba caminando por el malecón de Miraflores - Lima y me tome con un paisaje que pude sentir paz interior. Mirando el atardecer y estas escenas a contraluz que quise retratar y mostrar la tranquilidad que sentí en ese momento, camine por horas y fotografié muchos puntos hasta conseguir las fotos adecuadas que solo con verlas, enfriaba mi mente. Hasta el punto de poder quedarme dormido con la quietud necesaria para sentir la paz interior que necesitaba. Quizás no sea alguien famoso o popular para cambiar el mundo, pero se que mis fotos harán que muchos puedan sentir esa paz necesaria para librar el cao de sus mentes.
