A Simply Beautifully Dull Day

Hello to the #hive!

A day of amazingly little activity of any description. Even the weather can't be bothered to do much of anything. idle weather, if there is such a thing.

well if a day in quarantine has to be dull at the very least it can be beautiful. It has been a stunning day.

No wind and hardly a ripple in the sea, hot as hell and still as if the world was empty of all life. So quiet.

Boats at their moorings floating, gently rocking but no crew or passengers. The Marie Celeste was a party boat in comparison.

Suddenly a little action. @iamyohann and @biggypauls buzz by. This did make me smile. Wish I was up there right now. Wonderful day to see this amazing machine in the sky.

Then still and quiet again. Still and quiet as it has been all day. But undeniably beautiful. I have said it before and I am pretty sure I'll say it again. A wonderful place to be in quarantine. It's been three months of almost uncannily great weather. Nature has a cruel sense of humour as we are not able to take full advantage but the views are simply wonderful.

thank you @ssygmr its annoying but hey we just get on with it :). I have lovely views and cheap beer all good. Hope you are also ok. 3 months now its dragging on . Always good to engage with peeps on the #hive

I miss the beer with a view of Panagsama Beach. Been stuck in the house while the mister is up in the air. Lovely views, I 'll vicariously enjoy them through your post. Now off to get my beer.

That was a nice surprise when @iamyohann messaged this morning and asked if we fancied a fly out, it's been ages since my last flight it's always a blast, cheered up this miserable git no end.

Broke and housebound don't for a happy chappy but it's short lived, think current situation gets to us all at times, but today i'm felling as pumped up as Gary Glitter in a boys school.
