Kali ini saya mau bagi tips bagaimana cara memperbanyak daun mint dengan metode stek batang. Metode ini sangat simple dan mudah, saya jamin 100% kalian pasti berhasil.

-Potong ujung batang tanaman mint kira-kira 10 cm dari ujung daun, potonglah pada bagian bawah ruas.

-Siapkan media tanamnya, untuk praktek kali ini saya menggunakan media tanam rockwool. Selain praktis, rockwool bisa lebih lama menyimpan air daripada media tanam lain. Potong rockwool dengan ukuran maksimal 3 x 3 x 3 cm, boleh kurang dari ukuran tersebut tetapi jangan sampa terlalu kecil.

1. Plug the mint stem segments into a rockwool about 1 cm deep.

-Tancapkan ruas batang mint ke dalam rockwool sedalam kira-kira 1 cm.

1. Insert the netpot that has contained these Mint seeds into a hole in the shelf / planting container that has contained water and nutrients

-Masukkan netpot yang telah berisi bibit Mint ini ke dalam lubang di rak / wadah penanaman yang telah berisi air dan nutrisi.

The advantages of planting mint leaves with this hydroponic method do not need to do watering but maintained to keep enough nutrients and water to keep flowing because mint leaves are very easy to grow and the roots are very dense can inhibit the flow of water.

Keuntungan menanam daun mint dengan metode hidroponik ini tidak perlu melakukan penyiraman namun dijaga agar nutrisi tetap cukup dan air tetap mengalir karena daun mint gampang sekali tumbuh dan akarnya sangat lebat bisa menghambat jalur sirkulasi air.
