Hello Hivers and Natural Medicine Lovers!!!
After I got sick this past few days I found out that natural medicine is really good for our health because for now, herbal plants is one of my alternative medicine I've taken but not really as medicine but as a supplement. So I decided to read a book about natural medicine and the book is Amazing Healing Plants by JC KURIAN.
After reading the Amazing Healing Plants Book, I've read about a fruit that currently has at my backyard and that is Jack Fruit or Jack Tree. The fruit was really common in my place and almost everyone liked to eat it but as I read the book, I've read more medicinal benefits of it and here is it.

- Diarrhoea, fever and asthma
- Ulcers, wounds, glandular swellings and insect bites
- As a laxative, forgiving tone and vitality to the body and for acute abdominal pain.
